Breede Escape is situated on a working farm outside Bonnievale. We offer accommodation in two Bush Camps on
the Breede River as well as a function and wedding venue which can seat up to 180 guests. The Bush Camps
accommodate 16 and 24 guests each in separate sleeping huts each sleeping 2 to 4 guests. At Bush Camp 2 we
allow 10 extra members of the same group to camp with them. The wedding & function venue is about 900m from
the Bush Camps, near enough but far enough!!!

The wedding & function venue is situated in a garden overlooking the farm dam. The venue has lovely views onto
the Langberg mountains and a big lawned area. The garden all in greens and whites with a qkoi fishing pond and a
gazebo on the farm dam for outdoor ceremonies. The water stream runs through the fishing pond into the farm dam
so that guests will hear and see the water. We serve a welcome drink under the big old oak trees on guests' arrival
and after the ceremony we normally serve cocktails and canapés in the garden. The venue has an enclosed deck
with trees and an open deck ideal for musicians or guests to mingle. The reception area itself is air-conditioned but
has 11 sliding doors which opens up on the wooden decks so that guests have free flowing movement to the decks
or the dance floor all the time. The dance floor has a laminated floor and special lightning. We can seat 150 guests
with dancing and up to 180 without. Guests are seated at round tables.

Guests staying at the Bush Camps enjoy a special nature experience, a bit rustic although with hot water and
electricity. We provide kayaks on the river for fun or fishing on the water. Each camp has a campfire spot on the
water, an indoor braai, a sand volley ball court and a TV and dish which you can use if you bring your decoder
along. We provide a cleaning up service where the ladies will come to wash all your dishes twice a day and clean
the potjie pot !

RATES AS FOLLOWS:

Bush Camp I (sleeps 24 in 6 sleeping huts each with a double and 2 single beds, toilet and basin inside)
@ R2480 / night for all

Bush Camp 2 (sleeps 16 in 8 sleeping huts each with 2 single beds, no toilet and basin inside, use ablution facility
at Bush Camp 2 which is only shared by their own group of friends)

Camping for 10 extra guests allowed @ R500 / night for all

Above rates applicable in school holidays and all weekends, although in the months June and July we offer a 20%
winter discount.

Week nights @ R80 / adult and R40 / child still with exclusive use of each Bush Camp (even if you do not fill it up)

Functions @ R30 pp menu excluded (you do own table decorations and bring serviettes)
Functions @ R40 pp menu excluded (we do table decorations and provide serviettes)

Wedding reception only @ R40 pp or with garden ceremony included @ R50 pp menu excluded, up to end
August 09

Wedding reception only @ R50 pp or with garden ceremony included @ R65 pp menu excluded, from beginning of
Sept 09

Wedding reception only @ R60 pp or with garden ceremony include @ R75 pp menu excluded, from beginning of
March 2010

All the above rates include the list of things we offer as listed on www.breedeescape.co.za so that you do not
have to worry about logistics or hire glasses etc. We allow outside caterers to quote for the menu and have the
full use of our kitchen and equipment.We have about 10 regular caterers working at BREEDE ESCAPE, but you are
welcome to bring your own !

Not all guests come to stay for a wedding or function, many of them just come to relax on the banks of the river
and enjoy the lovely Overberg area and Breede River Valley. We are situated centrally between Bonnievale,
Ashton, Robertson, Montagu and Swellendam.
