My fiance took me on a game drive at The Farm Inn (Pretoria). His boss arranged a game drive for himself and his girlfriend. Unfortunately, according to my fiance, his boss couldn’t make it and asked if he would like to go on the game drive, as it was already paid for. We went on the game drive, and I became suspicious when we were two on our truck, and the other truck had 20 + people on it. We had snacks and drinks and drove around the reserve.

Suddenly the truck stopped and as I looked left, I saw a little table and chairs, with champagne and platters (at this stage I had a pretty good idea of what was happening). We sat there and had a drink, when suddenly, a Cheetah appeared (I love wild animals). The next moment my fiance was on his knee and took the ring, which was tied to the Cheetah’s neck with a pink ribbon. I started crying and couldn’t stop smiling!! We spent the night at the Lodge. The following day, he arranged a surprise party with our families.
