We went away to Goudini Spa and hiked up to the Goudini sign. He recorded a love story from the time we met to now and I had to listen to it in ear phones while I was blindfolded. At the end of the recording, he told me I could take off my blindfold. When I did, he was on one knee with the ring in his hand. I was in complete shock. I didn’t expect it at all. Then we went back to the chalet and my brother had set up the whole chalet with rose petals on the floor, a table set to have breakfast and a rose petal trail leading to the bedroom and there was a teddy with a book he had written to me with our love story from the day we met till now, and secrets he had kept from me, etc. That was also recorded on CD and I had to listen to that while reading the book. We then had champagne and breakfast with my brother and his fiance.

Then in the evening I had to get dressed up and close my eyes in the car. And he took me to a restaurant where some of my friends were waiting for a surprise party. They all knew a week ago and nothing leaked out. Later he gave me an envelope which inside said he has something planned for the next Friday, he was kidnapping me for 24 hours and everyday he will be giving me a clue as to what it might be.

It ended up being that he got a friend to dress up as the police. He handcuffed and blindfolded me and drove me to the place blindfolded. It was then revealed to me that he booked us into a hotel for the night. He spoiled me rotten. He also organised the bridal party to come share a drink with us. It was totally awesome and unforgettable.
