After five years and six children (Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Knox and Vivienne), Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have finally decided to get married. Angelina attributed this partly to the repeated requests of their four eldest children who, she says, ask why Shrek and Fiona are married but they aren’t.

This couple’s relationship has been under media speculation for some time and there have been several rumours of secret weddings and messy divorce threats. However, Brad (46) and Angie (34) have formally decided to announce that they are definitely planning to get married, especially before they have any more children.

In true Jolie-Pitt style, the wedding will be a small, intimate affair that steers clear of spending money on lavish treats and extravagant entertainment and décor. Instead, this humanitarian couple would prefer to spend their millions on more advantageous projects that contribute to global health and well-being. The wedding will be kept a secret, although there are speculations that it will be at George Clooney’s villa on Italy’s Lake Como.

With such a beautiful couple and the exquisite children, who will certainly play a key role in the event, this wedding is guaranteed to make the tabloids and celebrity history books.
