As past, future or prospective brides and grooms of Cape Town will know, this is one of the world’s most beautiful and exciting destinations in which to live, get married or enjoy a spectacular honeymoon. For this reason, it is important to keep its cultural, natural and historical heritage alive.
The Cape Town City Ballet has been in operation since 1934 and is one of the oldest professional ballet companies in the world. It is an organisation focused on training and educating young ones, not for profit, but for the overall enrichment of South African youth. It conducts several development initiatives as well as outreach programmes.
However, it is currently facing economic challenges that threaten to close Cape Town City Ballet down. For this reason, they are appealing to all and any to assist with donations. Any contribution to a registered Section 21 company is tax deductible and will be most graciously received.
