Since, proud owner, Francois Wessels (pictured) opened Nyama SA's doors in 2006 we have gone from strength to strength. From a small start with only 2 machines and 2 chefs we have grown to a 40 man strong team with branches in Gauteng and Polokwane which can handle any size function with ease and most important we still do it with that personal touch our clients have come to enjoy. With passion and pride we will be feeding South Africa only the way Nyama can.

We gained a strong foothold in the catering industry and we have worked on putting together menus that is not just mouth-watering and well presented, but also versatile and practical in catering for all our different clientele and cultures yet keeping the South African taste.   

Our Spitbraai menus are based specifically on “Traditional South African Cuisine” We have various menus and side dishes that will suit every customer according to size and price. We cater for any function big or small.

Our menus range from:

Corporate Lunch menus and meals, Finger Buffet menus, Our popular Wedding menu, Our Summer & Winter Braai menus as well as menus that is specifically designed to accommodate our clients requirements.
