Overview
If you demand a better than average quality sound and professional service, this is for you:
A quality sound system is set up at the ceremony venue, and the marriage officer is fitted with a lapel microphone. This ensures that the ceremony is shared with your guests. Special music, as selected from our database of more than twenty six thousand songs, is played, and sound backing can be provided for up to three singers and musicians at this time. The sound is controlled by a professional sound engineer with many years experience.
A second quality sound system is set up in the reception venue, with up to four loudspeakers, to ensure full coverage of the reception area. The MC is provided with a radio microphone for speeches and toasts, and the sound level is controlled at all times.
Computer equipment is used, and your play list is backed up on MP3 discs. In the unlikely event of computer failure, there will be no break in the continuity of events. This back-up CD is presented to the bridal couple at the end of the evening. Should you have a videographer, we will provide him with a CD with all your special music. This will enhance the quality of the sound track of your DVD.

We use only world renowned YAMAHA sound equipment and SHURE microphones.

You could not have a better DJ at your wedding! He is a lovely man and so professional. The main thing myself and Paul liked about him is that he interacts with the crowd and treats your wedding like the last wedding he'll ever do! If you get me?

Art of Sound was the epitome of professional. I left most of the playlist up to Hein and he put together a lovely list of songs that made for a lovely reception! I would happily recommend him to anyone and I would gladly hire him again for any other functions.

A definite MUST! He takes pictures of your guest on the dance floor etc. He likes to play old school music and keeps everyone on the dance floor. He also uses great equipment and is a one stop shop!

Ons het vir Hein gebruik en was baie gelukkig met hom. Hy was professioneel en het regtig uit sy pad uit gegaan om al die liedjies te kry wat ons spesifiek voor gevra het. Sy toerusting was ook van die hoogste gehalte. Hy som julle ook baie goed op en kry baie vinnig 'n idee van watter tipe musiek julle hou en watter tipe liedjies op spesifieke tye gedurende die aand moet speel. Hy het ook vir ons 'n paar idees gegee sonder om dit op ons af te dwing. So om 'n lang storie kort te maak, hy het definitief sy deel bygedra om ons troudag spesiaal te maak en ons sal hom sonder enige twyfel aan enige iemand voorstel.

We would highly recommend Hein. During our initial meeting with him, we discussed what we wanted and didn't want and he assisted in compiling a great playlist to cater for all the different age groups at our wedding.
An added bonus is the fact that he also took photos of us and our guests whilst they were partying and burnt these onto a CD, which he gave us at the end of the evening, along with CD's of all the music he played during the night. This was great, as he stays on long after the official photographer has left and you get those "informal" moments caught on film (so to speak).
To sum - very professional and friendly service.

We got Hein a week before our wedding, we had so much else going on that getting a DJ was last on our list. And we were so happy with him. He understood our music needs, played the music we asked for (we gave him general themes: 60s, 70s, 80s, disco, no Broadway, no musicals) and we also asked for specific songs. He's a nice guy and his price was incredibly reasonable compared to our other expenses. So I can definitely recommend him.
Although he didn't really "DJ"; he made a song list (of wonderful music) and it played automatically (although he could adapt it to the mood if needed). Meanwhile, he took photos and presented us with three CDs at the end of the night: background music, dance music, and 150 really great photos that captured many wonderful moments. We had no idea he'd be taking pics. So it was a lovely surprise. And I listen to the playlist every day when I work, great compilation.

Look no further! After having met with Hein for only about an hour he had summed us and what we wanted for our wedding up spot on! I must be one of few brides that never once removed her feet from the dance floor! Our guests all commented on the fantastic party it was. All this was complemented by a CD with our playlist on it and as a lovely surprise, he also gave us a disc with some party photographs he took during the evening. I definitely recommend him if you want a fabulous reception where everyone will forever comment on the awesome party they had!Lian

Hello Hein We have finally received our wedding photo's, so we wanted to send you a pic and a thank you note to say thank you very much for being a part our special day. We listen to the cd's you gave us, all the time....I still can't help but cry when I hear the song I walked down the aisle to.The music always takes me back to the day, captures the mood and has been the most special memories of that day for me.
