Overview

Thank you for logging onto my webpage. Let me take this opportunity to introduce myself, I am John de Menezes (Jay Dee), the D.J. and owner of a well established mobile discotheque - Studio 55. I have been playing as a D.J. For the last 17 years & through this I have gained a lot of experience in all aspects of music. I won the South African battle of the D.J's in 1997/98 and was also selected to represent SA in Italy.

Herewith a list of some of the clubs where I was the resident D.J: Club Trammps, Caf'e Comic Strip, Castle City, and Babbalo. I specialize in the following events: Weddings, Corporate Year End Functions, Birthday Parties, Fashion shows, House Parties, Club events, Matric Balls and large Outdoor events (up to 1000 people.)

I will happily arrange a meeting with you at my studio where we can design a personalized wedding program. The wedding program will consist of the following:

Choosing a song for your first dance; your entrance song (when arriving at the reception); Music for throwing the garter & bouquet; your departure song and any other special requests that you might have. A second sound system is also available at an additional cost which can be set up for your church or garden ceremony.
