At Angelfoods Fudgery, our motto is: "Someone was thinking of you", because we're all about thoughtfulness and turning an ordinary day into an extra special one.
We pride ourselves in using only the best ingredients to create possibly the most delicious fudge you have ever tasted. We host an extensive range of different tastes. The different "tastes" are created by using only "real" ingredients. No flavourants or essences are used: from the crushed Bourbon vanilla bean found in the "Vanilla-bean" fudge to the dried cranberry and ground almond nuts found in the "Cranberry & Almond" fudge, not to mention the freshly squeezed lemon juice and zest that go into our deliciously smooth and refreshing Lemon fudge.

In April this year I was to be married! Most of the preparations had been sorted out by the beginning of March but I was a loss as to what to provide as Thank You gifts for my guests. I wanted something fun and edible but not too colourful or over-bearing as this would not go with the style of the wedding. I wanted something delicious but that could be eaten at any time of the evening. And i wanted something unique.
"Angelfoods Fudgery" provided me with the solution to my dilemma!
Not only did Angie send me a wonderful variety of flavours for me to sample, but she also helped me brainstorm with lovely chiffon bags, ribbons and shapes in which the fudge could be made.
I finally decided on heart-shaped cappuccino fudge, each individually wrapped in a pale pink or yellow chiffon bag and tied with a matching ribbon on which I attached the Thank You notes.
Needless to say, the guests LOVED their little suprises and I believe there where even a few who left the reception with extra fudge tucked away in their bags!!
Angie's professionalism, creativity and help were a wonderful gift to me and my husband during the stressful time before our big day and her punctual delivery really reduced the pressure of planning such an event. We recommend Angelfoods Fudgery to anyone needing that "special something" to make an occasion wonderful and we definitely will be using her talents for future events!

We married last November on what can only be described as the wettest day ever but we were too happy to care! Mainly thanks to my dreamy, ethereal silver blue theme being achieved thanks to Angeline's help with our table decor. We had enlisted her help with the design of our table settings, menu cards, name tags to echo the classy feel we wanted to complement our flowers and candle light.
It was beautiful and on each plate we placed her infamous fudge packet as a thank you gift for each guest. Each packet was tastefully wrapped in ribbon with my colours and had a special love quote for guests to share with each over.
Angeline had provided us with a number of quotes to choose from which we even used in our photo album as well later! Needless to say, her secret ingredient sets her fudge apart and makes a nice change from sweets or chocolate as gifts. Her prompt delivery and helpful suggestions made her professionalism stand out.
My only disappointment was that someone took my fudge packet but even then Angeline made extra for me!!
