Overview
We plan the shoot and then shoot the plan.
Without the plan there is no final product. Together we consult and plan the entire final product as if it were a movie. From the engagement to the honeymoon (and anything in between) we plan and agree to a storyboard then we "shoot" your special event as per the plan.
Whether it's just the main event and reception or all the "in-betweeners", we will create a wedding video like no other. We can also include previous footage that you may have into your final picture (providing the quality is acceptable). Our clients can also choose between a range of moods (themes) for your special day. From funky hip hop to the more subtle and romantic feel or alternatively you may want a classy "Top Billing" feel to your special day. Heck, we could even turn it into a documentary or feature film!
Thank You Copies
A high-lighted version of your wedding can be produced and sent to your guest-list to either replace or complement your thank you card. This (max 10 min) version will show the high-lights of your special day for future reference. Furthermore we can a create a separate personalized wedding slideshow and photo montage. Set to the music of your choice we could either include it in the original wedding DVD or you could select to have an entirely separate DVD.
Costs
Costs can be tailored to meet your budget. We at JSM understand the financial constraints most of us are facing at the moment and the costs of a wedding makes it no easier. So, depending on your budget, you can choose either the entire package or any of the individual "scenes" to suit your finances. Choose from the engagement, the bachelor and/or hen party, the rehearsal, special moments, the wedding and reception and even the honeymoon (from a distance of course!).
Equipment
JSM uses the latest technology, incorporating HD (High Definition) cameras as well as the most advanced post production tools. During the main event (vows) we understand the sensitivity of this important ceremony. With this in mind our camera team dress appropriately, are un-obtrusive during the recording process and will be barely noticeable. Furthermore our HD cameras operate in extreme low-light conditions and therefore once again we do not make use of additional and obtrusive lighting equipment. During the post-production phase we value your input and we therefore invite you into this process, until we have a final product that meets your requirements.

Hi Peter - Firstly, Jenna and I would love to extend a HUGE thank you to you for the Wedding DVD! Not only did you step in at the last minute and ‘save the day’, but you were very gracious to us and went far beyond what we expected to make what is a truly magical wedding video.
We really feel that you have captured the essence of the day and thoroughly enjoyed your editing and arrangement of the video footage with the songs. What we both really enjoy is that you’ve captured the personalities and emotions of those involved on the day, so watching it we can relive the moments. Your footage of the venue and surrounds really helps put the wedding in context and shows what a beautiful setting we were in (a great touch to your overall package). Thanks Peter. The DVD is great! Nicole and I enjoyed it tremendously. You took our brief and hit the nail on the head and for that we thank you.
There is so much to compliment you on! Nicole loved the flashback to bridal prep. She also loved the cutting style and rhythm and the fact that it was quick and never dragged. I loved the time lapse at the beginning of the ceremony and the fact that you started the DVD with the same girl as you ended it with. Your structure with intro, ceremony, steamer throwing, etc. is well spaced and not over or under balanced. I also loved that you played around with camera frames and seldom did you just leave it as a master and mid shot. Thanks for all the panning and for getting extra stuff in the DVD. Thanks for the opening shot at the official photographs and as mentioned for your creative input on that.
Once again, thank you for a wonderful DVD. You are more than welcome to use it in any promotions that you want to do in this universe and the next.

Having been to weddings where the videographer has intimidated guests with a video camera in their face and cut in on every shot, we were very sceptical that we wanted someone to video the wedding at all. We are so thrilled that we did, because not only were we impressed about the hugely professional way in which you and your team planned and executed the day, the outcome has far exceeded all our expectations! We have literally got ourselves a complete story of our wedding which was so cleverly filmed and edited; our friends and family never tire of watching it.

To all those lovely couples out there taking the sacred step of marriage!
We got married in March 2010 at Suikerbossie - Hout Bay, we chose Just Shoot me productions to capture our very special day. From the bride prep to the end of the reception.
