Memorable Moments always aims to make your wedding effortless and beautiful and offer you peace of mind that your wedding is in good hands.

• Sourcing of venues and suppliers
• Recommendation of which service providers would be suitable to book for your wedding
• Consulting with yourselves and suppliers
• Recommendations and pictures of your décor, flowers, stationery, gifts and other
• Hands on presence at weddings
• Execution and implementation of logistical issues
• Advise on bridal party roles and wedding etiquette
• We also offer optional additional services:
• Assist with design and wording of invitations
• Wedding guests tracker service (RSVP’s)
• Honeymoon travel and guests accommodation/transfers/tours and activities OR Hands on presence as wedding day director only or styling and décor only

Pre-planning steps

We begin with the initial consultation, which is complimentary. This provides a no obligation meeting whether in person or by email which will give you the opportunity to decide if you would like to work with our consultants. It also gives us the opportunity to ascertain your likes and dislikes, and gather other important and relevant information pertaining to your wedding.

We will discuss with you your expectations related to your wedding budget.

Once you are completely happy that we can help you to plan your wedding, a letter of terms and conditions will be provided to you and once that is signed and a deposit paid, your booking will be confirmed and we can begin the exciting process.

Memorable Moments also covers all aspects of your Wedding, Birthday, Function or any other special occasion.

We have an extensive list of reliable service providers who will do all that they can to make your wedding a success.
