A wedding for two or a grand celebration for 700, we would be delighted to assist. We can help whether you live just around the corner, in another province, overseas, coming home for your wedding or visiting South Africa for the destination wedding of a lifetime. 

We offer 4 options.

Option 1 QUOTES ONLY: We work with the experts who offer wedding services. We know the quality of their work and will assist with getting two quotes for each service. This is for couples who don’t need a ‘planner/organiser’ but require assistance finding the perfect venue or they want us to do their décor and flowers only, or  source an affordable photographer, caterer, invitations, marriage officer or any other service required.

Option 2 ON THE DAY ONLY: This is a service for couples who want minimal assistance. They have already found a venue and organised most of their wedding already. They want somebody to tie up the loose ends, co-ordinate their wedding day and help with the finishing touches. More services can be added, for example, we can get you quotes for services you might still need. Let us schedule your wedding-day events to ensure that your entire wedding party and service providers know when & where they have to be to get them to the ceremony & reception on time!

Option 3 CREATE YOUR OWN UNIQUE WEDDING – WITH OUR ASSISTANCE: This for couples who require a complete design and planning service. Ideal for busy couples who want a professional on board from concept to conclusion. It appeals to those planning two weddings or living a distance from their wedding venue. Includes us sorting out your décor and flowers, plus researching and consulting service providers on your behalf like hire companies and photographers, visiting venue sites and suggesting creative options - we bring on board only service providers that will suit your style and budget, and those who attain our high standards. The venues we recommend are specially selected to ensure a treasury of lasting photographic and video memories.

INCLUDED: We will help you develop a realistic budget for your wedding and keep track of expenses.  We save you time and anxiety by doing the research for you on any aspects of your wedding and work with service providers who will suit your style and budget. We can keep within your budget and even suggest less expensive alternatives. We are a great information resource and can answer all of your wedding questions. Most importantly, you can enjoy the fun of decision-making without worrying how to make it all work. You can rest assured that your wedding will be in competent hands. We will gather quotes from at least two service providers in every category. After you've picked your favourites, all you have to do is sign the contracts and pay your deposits. Leave the rest of the coordination to us! On the day, we will make sure that the décor and flowers are set up! If you wish us to do so, we will place favours (guest gifts) at each setting, put out table numbers, name place cards, display the guest book, and attend to a myriad details. Our role on your special day is to prevent & fix any problems. Sensitive and discreet support behind the scenes on the day - not a clip board in sight.

Option 4 CHOOSE A READY-MADE PACKAGE: This is for couples who want an affordable wedding. We have found that on the South Coast  there are more options, but we have  packages on the North Coast and Durban.

The South Coast with it’s vast beaches of fine sand and many rocky coves are stunningly beautiful. Fringed by lush tropical vegetation, these shores are washed by the warm Indian Ocean where the different shades of green and blue of the foaming waves make an incredible backdrop for your memorable photographs.

Bellevue Park, situated in Southbroom on the South Coast, is a beautiful, privately owned Botanical garden with 200 species of indigenous trees in forest and wetland, habitats. It boast a myriad birds, butterflies and other small wildlife. Close to magnificent beaches. Let us add a picnic basket filled with delicious treats.

Scottburgh is one of the gems of the South Coast. You may choose to have your ceremony on the beach or in a garden. Begin the day with a swim at Scottburgh's main beach or with a round of golf at the local 18 hole golf course, or an adventurous dive with the Ragged Tooth Sharks off Aliwal Shoal.

Accommodation is at Mercoledi Guest House where each unit is stylishly decorated with a unique theme in natural tones and hues which are elegantly enhanced by classic South African decor encompassing the rich culture shared in the country. To celebrate, couples may request a booking at a local restaurant with delectable French Cuisine.
