deHuguenot Estate is situated on the Helshoogte road, between Stellenbosch and Franschhoek. deHuguenot Estate is a sprawling three-hectare property with unspoilt mountain, valley and farmland views.

The original property dates back to 1893, but also has the oldest building in Pniel, previously having been a stable and which was built in 1820, about twenty-five years before Pniel was founded.

The refurbishment takes the building's colourful history and charming country vernacular into account perfectly. With elegant, smoky grey walls, wood finishes, slate inlays and simple chandeliers, deHuguenot Estate has a rustic opulence about it.

Awe-inspiring views of the Groot Drakenstein mountains make a perfect backdrop for your function. deHuguenot Estate is an exclusive wedding venue, with capacity for up to 120 guests. With multiple options for your function, deHuguenot Estate is available to be booked for your exclusive use, including 4 luxurious suites.

If you want to use a portion of the facilities for a private function, such as Harry Q pub, the restaurant annex, or fraiche deli, there is no venue fee.
