Are you open after hours and over weekends?

Our online store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – so you can browse and place orders to your heart’s delight! When it coms to delivery and inquiries however, we only operate during weekdays and working hours since our hours are reliant on our suppliers’. We’re therefore unable to answer questions or deliver after hours and over weekends, and may only be able to respond by Monday.

Over and above the products in the store, do you offer any other wedding planning or décor services?

We love weddings and we’re constantly on the lookout for new inspiration! Check out our wedding supplier directory for all your wedding needs and be sure to also follow our blog for all the latest trends and prettiness.

Where do you deliver and how does it work?

We deliver anywhere in South Africa and beyond! What’s more, we offer a variety of delivery options – please see our Delivery page for everything you need to know about getting your order.

How much do you charge for postage or deliveries?

To make life easy for you, we offer a number of options based on your location and preference. Please refer to our Delivery page for detailed information and pricing.

How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?

We know you’re eager to receive your precious picks, and that’s why we strive to get it to you as soon as we possibly can! In general, delivery time depnds on the products you ordered. If your order is pretty straight forward and we have everything in stock, you can expect to receive your treasures within 10 working days. Where specified, some products might be subject to lead times – especially if it’s hand crafted and custom made to your specifications – and it’s best to allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Lastly, delivery time will also depend your choice of delivery:

  • Courier is the fastest option, especially when we’re delivering to main city centres. Regional and outlaying areas may take a little longer.
  • Post Office deliveries normally take 4 to 7 days once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Urgent deliveries may be subject to additional fees.

What payment options do you offer?

Once you’ve placed your order, you can pay via Credit Card, Debit Card, direct EFT, bank to bank EFT via Iveri (our Secure payment gateway from Nedbank).

As soon as you’re ready to check out, you will be given two payment options:

  1. If you wish to pay by debit or credit card, click the Credit Card option and you will be directed the payment screen. If you fail to make payment within 48 hours your order will be cancelled.
  2. If you prefer to pay by EFT, select the option and we will send you the necessary banking details via email once your order has been placed.

Please note, if payment does not reflect on our side within one week, your order will be cancelled.

Do you have a returns policy if I’m unhappy with my order?

Indeed we do! Our 14-day return policy means you have the option of returning any goods (in their original packaging) within two weeks. Please see our Shipping page for more details or contact us at shop@celebration.co.za if you have any queries. Please note: All returns, exchanges and refunds are dealt with on a case by case basis.

I want to surprise someone with a special gift – can you gift wrap it for me?

Most certainly!

Upon checking out your order, please leave a message in the “Comments” section to indicate that you would like the parcel to be gift wrapped. We can also add a personal message – simply write it in the “Comments” section.
