Lipolysis – Fat Freezing
Cooling fat in pockets to remove resistant fat from the body by natural methods.
It is to remodel the shape of the body and improve bulges of resistant fat. This procedure causes the frozen fat cells to metabolised by natural pathways of the body over a period of 6 to 12 weeks.
How does it work?
One or two suction and cooling heads (independently controlled) with large surface areas are placed on the areas to be treated. The Cryo immobilising the fat tissue, and isolating the treated area from the surrounding tissue.
Low temperature (0 to -5 C depending on the thickness of the localised area for a controlled period of time.
Once the cooling procedure is completed, the fat cells are liberated into the lymphatic system and gradually eliminated by the body’s natural metabolic processes. lipolysis Fat Freezing.
After the treatment is completed, patients may immediately return to their normal activities including work and exercise.
What can be expected?
Several days after the procedure, the cooled fat cells begin a process called “apoptosis” and begin to shrink. These damaged fat cells are slowly metabolised over several months by the body and removed through the liver. Cold Technology is highly effective and produces consistent results.
When can results be seen?
With the Cryo treatment and thereafter up to 12 weeks. Results thus far prove that one can lose from 5cm to 10cm per area.
How many treatments are required?
1 to 3 treatments are required per area depending on the thickness of the resistant fat. Treatments can be repeated at 45-day intervals of the same area. It can be used on all skin types and ages.
Are there any side effects??
This procedure is considered safe for most patients. Some of these risks may include redness, bruising and reduced sensation in the treated area for a short period of time. These side effects are normal and usually, go away quickly.
