The Cavalli Function Venue is a Green Star Rated building that can be found below the majestic Helderberg Mountains on the R44 highway below the majestic Helderberg Mountains.
Cavalli Function Venue has been designed as a flexible space that tailors itself to events of any scale or nature. Cavalli Estate’s modern architecture is designed to capitalise on the natural climate and environment, with a dramatic stone facade upon entrance that reveals beyond it a voluminous space able to seat 350 people.
The Cavalli Function Venue boasts 4 metre high ceilings clad in imported Scandinavian Oak that accentuates the sweeping roof overhang which intersects the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors and afford an unprecedented quality of natural light, natural ventilation and framed views of the breath taking Mountains.
The venue provides a formal landscaped Sunken Garden that lies adjacent to the Function Space. Walled by clipped hedges and pleached trees, the space is set against a backdrop of an amphitheatre of fynbos surrounding a ceremonial area or stage. This space seats up to 350 for an outdoor ceremony or public performance and is equipped with connection points for a bedouin tent.
The glass enclosed conservatory takes advantage of the stunning mountain views and a 60 year old Fuschia Pink Pride of India tree that blooms abundantly over the summer season. The space seats up to 150 theatre style or is divisible into 3 separate spaces as break-away rooms.
