DIY Stamps for your Wedding Stationery
Stamps can be used for a variety of wedding-related stationery; from your Save the Dates and invitations to your place names and ‘thank you’ cards. It also saves a lot of money if you are able to ‘brand’ your own plain items, rather than having to have everything professionally printed.
You will need:
- A potato!
 - A sharp craft knife
 - Ink or paint

Method:
- Cut a third of the potato off, ensuring that the edge of the main part of the potato is straight and smooth.
 - Cut your desired design into the cut side of the larger piece of potato so that it stands out from the ‘background’. This will act as your stamp.
 - Cover only the design in ink or paint and apply it to all of your stationery, as desired.
